Q) Why do my conference and/or e-mail messages get lost on
upload?
A) The most probably reason is that you have encountered a
known problem with the ZModem implementation on the COnferencing SYstem. To
verify this, check your cix:Logs/Connects where after the preliminary data you
should see the following lines:

M:Oscput script
Error: 'oscput' Unrecognized entry.
M:script
You do not have a script
--------------------Cut Here--------------------
Perform the following steps to overcome the problem:
1. Use File|Scripts...
2. Select "Install debugging profile".
3. Click Add.
4. Click OK.
5. Click Close.
6. Blink.
